工作職責(zé)/ Role and Responsibilities
 
 
1.     負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的整體創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)，審核并調(diào)整設(shè)計(jì)方向；
 
 
Responsible for the overall creative design of the project, review and adjust the design direction
 
 
統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各專(zhuān)業(yè)，對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程進(jìn)行把控，包括分工、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本等，確保各項(xiàng)目按預(yù)期計(jì)劃有效實(shí)施；
 
To coordinate each major, control the process of the whole design, including work allocation, project schedule, design quality and project cost, etc., to ensure that each project is effectively implemented as planned
 
 
2.     負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中各環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)成果與甲方的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，及時(shí)有效地解決與甲方溝通
 
 
過(guò)程中的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)問(wèn)題，保持與甲方良好的合作關(guān)系；
 
 
Monitor every project milestone throughout the whole design process, communicate and coordinate with the client timely and effectively, also to solve the technical issues as needed, and maintain a good cooperation with the client
 
 
3.     負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)能力的考核，有針對(duì)性進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)，不斷提高部門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)人員的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力及工作效率；
 
 
Responsible for team competence management. Evaluate team member's technical ability, define team training needs, train up people as needed, continuously improve team competence and improve the work efficiency of the whole team.
 
 
4.     全面負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域技術(shù)方向的研究和總體規(guī)劃，及時(shí)指導(dǎo)、處理、協(xié)調(diào)和解決項(xiàng)目過(guò)程
 
 
中的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)問(wèn)題，確保能給予設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)充分的技術(shù)支持和外部技術(shù)咨詢(xún)；
 
 
Fully responsible for the research and technical direction during the design, and to guide, manage, coordinate and solve the technical issues in the process of project in a timely manner, provide sufficient technical support and external technical consultation for the team.
 
 
5.     配合完成公司安排的其他工作。
 
To cooperate and complete other work assigned by the company.
 
 
任職要求：Job Requirements
 
 
 
1.室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
 
 
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;
 
 
2.具有室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè) 10 年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并且擁有杰出作品案例；
 
 
Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Interior Design;
 
 
3.熟練的手繪美術(shù)功底，熟練操作 CAD，3D，PS 等相關(guān)繪圖軟件及辦公軟件；
 
 
Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
 
 
4.把握設(shè)計(jì)效果能力強(qiáng)，有很強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)理念及獨(dú)到藝術(shù)見(jiàn)解；
 
 
Creative with strong design philosophy;
 
 
5.有職業(yè)道德，高度責(zé)任心，思路清晰，有良好的溝通與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；
 
 
Professional ethics, highly responsible, good communication and organization skills;
 
 
6.較高的藝術(shù)氣質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)、較強(qiáng)的方案創(chuàng)意、方案講解、客戶(hù)說(shuō)服能力；
 
 
Skilled at presentation, design, detailing, time management and people management;
 
 
7.     英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)流利者優(yōu)先考慮。
 
 
Proficiency in English is preferable.
