Archibat Asia正在為一家外資的酒店設(shè)計公司找一名上海辦公室總經(jīng)理,
Requirements:
- Mainland Chinese, wanting to return to China
- Significant Education and work experience overseas
- 5 years of work experience China is ideal
- Architect / Interior Designer / Engineer (with the right experience) / related field considered
- Languages – Chinese native speaker / good English a must
- Work experience – Proj Mgmt, / Project Leader / ideally in Interior Design or Hotel / Hospitality design or delivery
- Does not need to be a Designer
- Role will not lead design
- Role will be to lead Design Directors and Senior Designers
- Role will be to lead the existing management team
- Responsibility to deliver Financial profitable projects
- Required - financial monitoring of projects, negotiating fees, negotiating contracts, tracking and monitoring project progress
- Understands how to allocate manpower effectively and efficiently
- Good Marketing skills
- Good people skills
- Must be able to face tough clients
- Must be smooth and polished with Hotel Management companies & Owners
- Must lead by winning hearts and minds of staff
- Strategic thinker
- Proactive at all times / stable / loyal /
- Reports to Board of Directors
