工作職責(zé):
 
1. Establish the AI/ Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology portfolio accordingly according to business needs, develop NLP capability of the team;
 
2. Formulate AI/NLP problems, develop and apply cutting-edge AI methodologies on text/documents data cleansing, transformation and normalization, association analysis, data mining (prediction, classification), workflow optimization, visual analytics (business intelligence);
 
3. Deliver solid technical results in real-world NLP problems: tagging, POS analysis, sentence alignment, language models, machine translation, summarization, semantic analysis, text mining;
 
4. Apply and customize (training/fine-tuning) Deep Learning NLP frameworks (Tensorflow/Pytorch) to improve performance on NLP applications
 
5. Take ownership and complete AI projects with business partners, coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and IT to make scalable big data and AI deployment;
 
6. Study and share cutting-edge AI/NLP technologies and use-cases related to businesses, promote big data & AI results and best practices across businesses
 
任職資格:
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
1. Master/PhD in STEM or related areas (e.g. AI, machine learning, biomedical engineering) with industrial experience in AI and NLP projects;
 
2. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills with outstanding communication and teamwork capability, good sense of data and outstanding research capability;
 
3. Hands-on experience in real-world data analysis applications with competency of building practical data analytics pipelines with result visualization (using Python, R, Java, NoSQL, etc.),
 
4. Hands-on Experience using Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow/Pytorch) and NLP frameworks: RNN/RSTM/Transformer/BERT/GPT for NLP applications;
 
5. Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical and clinical domains is preferred;
