工作職責(zé):
The Director /AD of Business Strategy/Operation, under Business Optimization & Innovation of IMBU China, will be responsible for leading and delivering critical projects and programs of varying complexity and scope, which has significant impact on IMBU China. The Director will also drive innovation in critical respects of business coming from difference resources in the company. The Director will provide the services in the form of project / program management, leadership to cross-functional teams, and strong coordination at both local (internal and external) and global colleagues and resources. The main focus of work will be projects/programs at the company cross portfolio level and cross business groups (such as new business models, solutions and platforms) and components of global projects that need to be cascaded down to daily business activities. This role will also support BO&I lead and BP&O team to drive IMB annual operation plan, business review etc.
By bringing strong coordination facilitation, influencing skills and effective project management practices, the colleague will need to have a demonstrated deep understanding of the business and knowledge of corporate organizations. He/She needs to have keen insights of seeking cross portfolio innovative business model opportunities, help to ensure the success of a broad variety of projects and programs. He/She needs to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail along with excellent written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility, influencing and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
The Director /AD of Business Strategy/Operation serves point of contact to company-wise projects and converts innovation opportunities into pilots and programs. He/She uses program management, business knowledge, processes improvement, change management, continuous improvement methodologies, measurements & tools to drive efficiency and impact.
The Director provides project and program management leadership covering operating model design, project strategy and governance, timelines, resolving conflict across upper management, managing implementation, overseeing change management on extensive highly complex projects, etc., and is a key thought partner with the sponsor and business lead of a project. The colleague needs to cultivate and maintain relationships across different functions and different senior leaders.
The colleague will also help identify and prioritize projects that are the most impactful for Pfizer.
The Director will most often collaborate with or lead a cross-functional team to deliver on projects per clear objectives and established timelines.

Education and Experience:
5-8 years of overall experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry desirable
Commercial experience (sales, marketing, commercial operations, etc.) in Asia markets
Demonstrated strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs (i.e., collection of sub-projects) and business analysis.
Extensive experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information in a way that enables leaders to have transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions in varying settings including workshops, small group sessions or one-on-one meetings.
Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.
Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t arise
Experience managing projects within matrixed organizations.
A minimum of 2 years of operational consulting experience, either internally or at a large external consulting firm
Prior position at an external consulting firm equivalent to a principal level desirable
MBA degree required
Technical Skills Requirements:
Must be able to manage large teams across multiple functions and have a working knowledge of each function
Excellent oral and written communications capabilities and presentation and facilitation skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Experience with business process creation or re-engineering and change management
Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities, and communication skills
Experience with operations consulting methodologies and frameworks, visual storyboarding methodologies, expertise in creating and implementing governance models, org design preferred
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred
Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and also SharePoint.
